個人的に思う"良い古着"のひとつがこちら。
名前だけ聞くと、インナーや野暮ったい
アイテムのイメージがあるヘンリーネックですが、
こちらは全く別物。
首元から、手元にかけて施されたパイピングや
丸みのあるシルエット、そして総柄。
1枚でラフに着ても、上品にもカジュアルにも
振れるアイテムです。
そしてテーラードジャケットの
インナーとして着た時は、言わずもがな。
最高でした。
柄シャツではなく、ヘンリーネックという
カテゴリーで総柄を楽しめるのは、贅沢。

This is one of the things I personally consider
to be "good vintage clothing."
Just hearing the name, the Henley neckline
may conjure up images of an inner layer or
unfashionable item, but this is something
completely different.
With piping from the neck to the wrists, a
rounded silhouette, and an all-over pattern.
It's an item that can be worn casually on
its own, or as a more elegant or casual piece.
And when worn as an inner layer under a
tailored jacket, needless to say, it was fantastic.
It's a luxury to be able to enjoy an all-over
pattern in the category of a Henley neckline,
rather than a patterned shirt.
