1981年頃、イギリスのコーンウォール、
セントアイヴスという港町で小さなショップとして
始まったブランドのようです。
どこかチェコ軍のプルオーバーワークシャツや、
30's~40's辺りの欧州ミリタリーを
彷彿とさせる1着で、裾サイドにはマチ付き、
袖の剣ボロボタンはふたつ、
そしてプルオーバーというシンプルながらに
拘りが詰まった逸品です。
ボタンを外してインナーを見せたり、
ネックレスと合わせたり、少し着崩すくらいが
良いなと。
熟れた推しの古着。

The brand seems to have started as a small
shop in the port town of St. Ives, Cornwall,
England, around 1981.
The piece is reminiscent of Czech military
pullover work shirts and European military wear
from the 1930s and 1940s, with a gusset at the
side of the hem, two katana buttons on the
sleeves, and while it's a simple pullover, it's a
masterpiece packed with attention to detail.
I think it looks best when worn a little casually,
by unbuttoning it to show off your innerwear, or
pairing it with a necklace.
A well-loved piece of vintage clothing.
