1970年代から80年代にかけてLevi'sで
展開されていた”PANATELA”
デニム以外の生地を使用した、スラックスや
スポーツウェアを中心としたラインで、
デニムをあまり穿かない自分にとって、
当ブランドで最も好きなライン。
対局する2色のピンストライプ、そして細過ぎない
わたりとしっかり広がりのある裾。
キレイなシルエットでありながら、足元に溜まる
抜けのある雰囲気が◎
パンツ、スラックスの中でも癖のある一本で、
手元に数があるわけじゃないからこそ、
こんなパンツで幅を広げたいなと感じた一本です。

"PANATELA," a line offered by Levi's from the
1970s to the '80s, focused on slacks and
sportswear made from fabrics other than denim.
As someone who doesn't wear denim much,
this is my favorite line from the brand.
The contrasting two-tone pinstripes, the
not-too-narrow thighs, and the flared hems
create a beautiful silhouette, while the relaxed
feel at the feet is a highlight.
These pants are a unique pair, even among
pants and slacks.
Since I don't have many of them, they're the
kind of pair I wanted to broaden my horizons
with.
