タグは消えかかっていますが、恐らく80年代頃の
イタリア海軍のワークジャケットで間違いないかと。
ワークジャケットの中でも、比較的すっきりとした
アームで、野暮ったくなり過ぎず身に纏える
ジャケットです。
カバーオールといえば、個人的にはデニムや
ユーロワークが思い浮かびますが、
こちらはホワイトカラーで、差別化も
図れるのではないでしょうか。
Tシャツ、デニムの上からがばっとどうぞ。

The tag is fading, but it's almost certainly an
Italian Navy work jacket from around the 1980s.
Among work jackets, it has relatively clean
sleeves, making it easy to wear without looking
too clunky.
When I think of coveralls, I personally think of
denim or Euro workwear, but this one is white,
which I think will help you stand out.
Just throw it on over a T-shirt and jeans.
