ビジネスマン。
どうやらデスク用のジョークグッズや、
ビジネスマンへのギフトとして
販売されていたようです。
本が開ける仕様になっていたり、
電話が取れる仕様になっていたりと、
細部まで拘られているにも拘らず、
キャラクター風なビジネスマンの容姿。
そのバランスに惹かれました。
数年前から在宅ワークなども増えましたし、
仕事の区切りにこんなオブジェが隅に見えたら
もう少し、穏やかな気持ちで仕事ができたり...
可愛いオブジェです。

It depicts a businessman with his feet up on a
desk cluttered with money and books.
Apparently, it was originally sold as a novelty
item or a gift for businessmen.
Despite the attention to detail—such as the
books that can actually be opened and the
telephone receiver that can be lifted—the
figure itself has a stylized, cartoonish
appearance.
I was drawn to that unique balance.
With the rise of remote work in recent years,
catching sight of an object like this in the
corner of your workspace might just help you
feel a little calmer as you go about your job...
It is a charming little piece.
