アメリカ最古のアウトドアブランド”ORVIS”
その中でも素材に拘り、アウトドアというよりか
トラディショナルな雰囲気のある
カントリーウェアを手掛ける、創業者の名を
冠した上級ライン” Charles F. Orvis"
こちらはコットンに2割ウールを混紡させることで、
コットンよりも保温性が高く、
ウールよりも型崩れしにくく耐久性のあるシャツへと
仕上がった逸品。
季節柄、こんな色には惹かれますし、
チェックシャツの中でも一癖ある色使いなのが
個人的推し。
秋っぽく纏めたり、重ね着で重くなった色味に
差し色として落とし込んでみてはどうでしょう。

America's oldest outdoor brand.
Within the brand, the "Charles F. Orvis"
line—named after the founder—stands out for
its commitment to materials;
it focuses on "country wear" that exudes a
traditional aesthetic rather than a purely
technical outdoor vibe.
This particular shirt is a masterpiece crafted
from a blend of cotton and 20% wool,
offering superior heat retention compared to
pure cotton, while maintaining its shape and
durability better than pure wool.
The color is particularly appealing for the
season, and I personally love the unique,
distinctive color palette that sets it apart from
standard plaid shirts.
It works beautifully in an autumn-inspired
outfit, or as a pop of color to brighten up a
layered look that might otherwise feel too
heavy or dark.
