A work jacket in cotton twill, once issued to the
Italian military.
I was drawn to its fabric—which has a
substantial, supple feel reminiscent of
moleskin—and its clean, well-proportioned
length.
While many items of this type are quite thin,
this particular piece features a brushed lining,
offering a warmth that adds to its appeal.
As it is a deadstock item, it works beautifully
not only in casual outfits but also when paired
with dress trousers.
During seasons with fluctuating temperatures,
